Thank you for purchasing a digital product from Code Studio.
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and follow Paddle’s refund requirements as our Merchant of Record.
This Refund Policy explains when and how customers may request a refund.
1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee (Paddle Requirement)
All purchases made through Paddle are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, without needing to provide a reason.
This applies to:
One-time digital product purchases
SaaS/subscription-based services
Digital tools or downloadable items
If you request a refund within the first 14 days, the refund will be processed through Paddle.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact either:

Use the Paddle Buyer Support form, including your order number and email used at checkout.

We will assist you and coordinate the refund with Paddle.
3. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days
After the 14-day Paddle refund window, refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
Duplicate purchase
Accidental multiple billing
Payment processing errors
Failure to deliver digital access due to a system issue
Legally required exceptions in some regions
Refunds outside the 14-day window are at the discretion of Code Studio.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We may decline refunds if:
The request is made after the 14-day period without a valid reason
The product has been misused
Account access has been shared or abused
The customer violates our Terms & Conditions
Access to the product has already been fully used and delivered
5. Subscription Cancellations
For recurring subscriptions:
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund
If you cancel within the first 14 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a refund through Paddle
After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
Once payment is completed through Paddle, access to the digital product is typically delivered instantly or within a short processing time.
If delivery fails due to technical issues, we will help restore access or provide a refund when appropriate.
7. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, your account and product access may be suspended.
We encourage customers to reach out so we can help resolve any issue quickly.
